Angry Cow Trail Run # 4

Get ready to hit the ground running at the highly anticipated event on December 13, 2025, at the Panama Community Center! Choose your challenge from 2, 4, or 6-mile distances with entry fees including cool beanies, hydrating drinks, satisfying snacks, and awards to celebrate your achievement. Sign-ups close on November 26, so make sure you lock in your spot!

Rise and shine for a 9:00am check-in before the starting whistle blows at 9:30am. Explore the scenic Panama Trails, winding through converted railroad tracks and lush woodlands complete with creeks and bridges.
