Distance: 5k
Elevation: 81 ft
Terrain: Road
This undulating out-and-back road course will take all runners out from Araphoe school where they will twist through the nearby neighborhood surrounds.
There's a quick descent until the 1.2k mark as runners pass through Clarkson Park, taking in beautiful greenery.
Participants will then drift over gentle rollers before heading up a tough hill at the 4k mark. Make sure to keep a final effort in reserve for this lung-busting and exciting section.
All participants will finish the event at the starting event after a final straightaway which will let them finish off the course in style.

Take the CO - 470 and then turn onto E Dry Creek before finding Araphoe Warrior High School.
Parking
Parking is available at the event next to the Athletics track to the north car parking bay at the high school. There are two lots in this area where participants can store their cars.
There is also parking available in the surrounding neighbourhoods.

Packet Pickup is available on Friday at Araphoe High School from 4:15 pm - 6:00 pm.

Custom Warrior T-Shirts will be given to all participants - show some school pride!
Medals
There will be some unqiue custom medals on offer for all finishers in the 5k.
Breakfast
There will be a Sausage and Pancake breakfast for all participants. Dig into a lovely feed before your race.
Age Requirements
There are no age restrictions for the event, meaning fun for all the family.
Cut-off Time
There is no cut-off time for this event. Please do take your time and run at your own pace.
Aid Stations
There are no aid stations on the course, please ensure that you are are adequately hydrated throughout.

The top 3 participants in the following categories will be recognized: 10 and under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.

Toilet information will be provided closer to the start of the event.

Is there parking available at the Arapahoe Warrior 5k?
There is ample parking at the event, park around Arapahoe High School in the area close by to the athletics track. Make sure not to park towards Dry Creek Road on the west of the school as this is where Vendors and the Start/Finish area will be situated.
How do I pick up my race pack for the Arapahoe Warrior 5k?
Participants can pick up race packs on Friday between 4:15 - 6:00 pm at Arapahoe High School or on Saturday at the race.
Will there be any race swag for those that compete in the Arapahoe Warrior 5k?
Yes, participants will receive a custom tri-blend short sleeve shirt and a custom event medal for their efforts.
