Route information
Set in the scenic Woodley Park, come for a 5k or 10k run in support of individuals on the autism spectrum. There will also be a kids 1k fun run.
Alternatively if you can't make it in person, sign up to the virtual race!

- Kids 5K ages 7 - 16 yrs old
- Kids 10K ages 7 - 16 yrs old
- In-Person 1K Kid Fun Run - all ages under 16

In Person Race day registration is available until 7:30am, May 23, 2023. (Note: Swag bag may be delayed)

There will be loads of entertainment on the day. Think Bounce House, Clown, Food Truck, Kids Art, DJ and More...! So there's something for the whole family to enjoy, whether they are racing or not.

Yes, everyone will receive a medal and goody bag.
How old must my child be to take part in the 5 or 10k at the Autism Shero Run?
Children must be 7-16 to be eligible for a kids ticket for the 5k or 10k.
When should I arrive a the Autism Shero Run?
You should arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the race to allow time to warm up and register.
