Timing: This race is timed using the Chronotrack timing system.
Post Race Celebration: After the race stick around and celebrate a great run with your fellow runners, watch the awards announcements and partake in refreshments. Along the same vein as awards we do not guarantee food. But again we love to provide it after our races. Our races will generally have food and drinks at the post race celebration. We will have Gatorade and/or water at all functions and occasionally coffee or hot chocolate as well. Food can include bagels, cookies, fruit and even sometimes cake. So stick around and enjoy the celebration.

Get full directionsFrom DC/Georgetown vicinity of Key Bridge: head north on M Street, which becomes Canal Road. See Georgetown University on your right. Hoya Saxa! 0.6 mile past Key Bridge, the road splits at a traffic signal; Foxhall Road peels off to the right, but you'll stay left and continue on Canal Road. 1.6 miles past the traffic signal, there will be an inconspicuous driveway on the left (river side) of the road; turn down this driveway. There is some parking just after the turnoff; if this lot is full, go through the culvert under the C&O Canal to get to the large parking lot by the Boathouse.
