When you participate in this 5K, you’ll give back to charities that serve the communities of San Diego. 100% of the net proceeds from the Be The Change 5K will benefit Make-A-Wish® San Diego, Caterina’s Club and the Gary Sinise Foundation. The Be The Change Foundation, on behalf of Youngevity, has committed to donating a minimum of $30,000 to be distributed equally among our three 5K charity partners

Held in beautiful San Diego, the Be The Change 5K is unlike any other. Enjoy some of the best views in the city as you run through this scenic waterfront course.

September 20 – 11:30AM – 5:30PM
We highly recommend going to bib pick-up to make your race day easier, but it’s not required. Bib pick-up will also be available day of onsite starting at 2:30PM.

FAQs

Can I bring my stroller?
Yes, you can. Plus, any child under 8 can participate free and they don’t need to register.

Can I bring my dog?
YES! We LOVE to bring our furry little running companions too! Feel free to bring any well-behaved/trained dog with leashes for this running event.

Can I transfer my race entry to another runner?
Yes, transfers are allowed through Tuesday, September 17 for a $10 fee. Please submit all transfer requests at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe0FnYbhLa0tANOW_wH7ClURoLrtl_Oo6DQ9sMfh7RGIbAfYg/viewform

Do I have to go to bib pick-up prior to race day?
It’s not required, but if you wait, we highly recommend heading there first thing to make your race day easier. Bib pick-up will be available the day of the race, starting at 2:30PM.
