Afan Forest Country Park is the home of this stunning trail running event. Race up and down the beautiful trails with breath-taking scenery all around. The route will be challenging in parts, but still open to all abilities, so come along for the wonderful atmosphere and your finisher's medal.

Route information
Come along to the wonderful Afan Forest Country Park to take in the breath-taking trails in this race.
The challenging route will feature some tricky climbs, including the famous 'Wall' towards the end of the race, so be sure to save some energy in your legs! As well as these climbs there will be some fast and fun descents, and this combined with the stunning panoramic views creates an unforgettable experience.
Although this race is challenging in parts, all abilities are welcome to join the fun and take on this challenging course.

The 10k is also available for Cani-cross, and please note the different registration and start times in the Raceday information. So if you want to you can take on this brilliant challenge with your favourite four-legged friend.

You will collect your race number and timing chip on the day of the race when you register, and your number must be visible on your front for the whole race. Please make sure you arrive early enough to park, register and get ready for your race.
