Gear up for a heartwarming hustle through Frederick, Maryland's Baker Park with our annual Candy Cane Dash 5K! Sparkling on the first Saturday of December, this run is more than a race; it's a celebration that supports the empowering Girls on the Run of Mid and Western Maryland. Break out a festive costume or go for the gold – either way, you'll find yourself swept up in a wave of jubilant energy!

Remember, to sport our official race shirt, make sure to register by October 31st. But fear not, even if you miss out, the finisher's medal will be a dazzling addition to your collection. Bright and early, join us race day for packet pickup near Talley Rec Center, before the fun kicks off with the 1K at 8:30 AM and the main 5K event at 9:00 AM sharp.
