Caveman Triathlon

Get ready to channel your inner prehistoric athlete with the wildly fun Caveman Triathlon, a North Texas tradition that has been getting hearts racing since before the wheel was invented – 4 B.C., to be precise! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned time-trialist, you'll feel right at home grunting and sweating with fellow Homo-Troglodytes.

Each participant will snag some epic race swag, including a custom tech shirt, our legendary DAR socks, and a finisher's medal to adorn your modern-day cave. Plus, due to popular demand, we've added a 5K Caveman Run/Walk that follows the same course as the triathlon, multiplying the fun!

We know that sometimes the weather gods don’t play fair. That's why we have a Weather Policy in place, allowing a delay of up to 1 hour or course adjustments for your safety. Event decisions are in the careful hands of our Race Director, who prioritizes a complete and safe event. Thanks for your understanding and let’s make some prehistoric memories!
