The Cheryl Diamond Santa Barbara 5k Cancer Schlep brings together hundreds of participants from Santa Barbara and Southern California, ranging in age from 5 to 90 years old, bound together in solidarity to raise the hopes of those battling breast and ovarian cancer. These cancers are the most common cancers afflicting both men and women. The 5k Cancer Schlep brings awareness and education to help further breast, ovarian & prostate cancer research and treatment supporting a the Santa Barbara Breast Cancer Center and the BRCA multi-disciplinary clinic both in Santa Barbara and Israel.
