Route information
Running through a once thriving Chinese settlement, the China Camp Trail Run is a challenging trail run suited to all runners. These winding and climbing tracks will show you views of Mt. Tam, San Pablo Bay, San Francisco Bay and more.
Starting at the staging area just off Shoreline Trail, the 5k route follows said trail west to where is intersects with the Black Ranch Fire Trail. It then follows the same route back to the start line.
The 10k initially follows the same route as the 5k on Shoreline Trail out to Black Ranch Fire Trail. It then turns left onto said Trail, and then turns right and makes a large loop around Bay View Trail, then turning back onto shoreline trail and following it back to the start line.
The Half Marathon follows the same route as the 10k to where Black Ranch Fire Trail intersects with Bay View Trail. Instead of turning right, the Half turns left and follows it before turning onto Oak Bridge drive, following that north to make a loop beside Rat Ridge Cove, before returning along Bay View Trail, making the same loop as the 10k to meet up with the Shoreline Trail, before following it back to the start line.

The Half Marathon will have a time limit of 4.5 hours, meaning a cut off time of 1pm.
Aid Stations
There will be a number of fully stocked aid stations along all courses. These stations will include Gu Energy gels and chews, Gu Stroop-Waffles, trail mix, pretzels, potato chips, boiled potatoes with salt, Coke, Mountain Dew, Ginger Ale, water, Tailwind Endurance Fuel, fruit and more.
Course Markings
The courses will be marked by colored ribbons approx. every 200 yards along the route.
Cup-less
This will be a cup-less event, meaning there will be no paper cups along the course. Participants will need to either bring their own water container to use while running, or buy one available at the event.

Dogs will be allowed at the start/finish area at Miwok Meadows, but you will not be able to run the course with your job.
