Community Fun & Fitness Relays (CFFR)

Welcome to our annual all-comers track meet! This incredible event is open to participants of all ages, starting from 3 years old and up. We have a wide range of exciting events lined up just for you. No matter your age, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your speed and agility in our sprint dashes. For our middle school-age participants and beyond, we have the thrilling shot put and long jump events ready to challenge you. But the excitement doesn't stop there. Get ready to join forces with your friends and teammates in our exhilarating relay races. We have different gender and age classifications for the 4X400, 2X200, and 4X100 meter relays, giving everyone a chance to compete as a team. And for those who prefer a longer distance, we have the 1-mile run and walk events. These events are open to men, women, and seniors aged 60 and above. So lace up your shoes and get ready for some friendly competition! Our main goal is to bring families, track and field participants, and fans together in the great outdoors for a day filled with fitness and fun. But we also have a bigger purpose.
