Hi Jackie, we thought this was a fantastic family event!  We really enjoyed it!  We were really excited that an Easter egg hunt was included, but were disappointed that many kids in the 0-3 age group (including ours) did not get a single egg.  Because we enjoyed the egg hunt aspect of the event, I wanted to offer some suggestions:  (1) make sure all participants are spread out and lined up along the fences INSIDE the ball diamond before starting, and (2) have more eggs available.  Additionally, if it is feasible, I would suggest starting the egg hunt a little bit earlier since it is such a long wait in between the races and the egg hunt.  Again, we thought the event was fantastic - registration, packet items, kids race, 5K, 10K, post-race snacks, and egg hunt.  Very thoughtful and well-run.  Thank you!

I really enjoyed the race! The atmosphere was excellent and I loved how many families and kids were there competing! I only have two small complaints:-I don't think the kids got their ribbons for the kids' run. It may have just been mine, but i didn't see them being distributed at the finish. Not a big deal for my guy, but may have been for others.-I think the 5k was a little long. My Garmin had it at 3.18 (so did my buddy's) and I don't think that's entirely from not running the tangents perfectly. We'll be back next year for sure!
