We love the Critiz Tybee Run and try to do the 10k every year! Fun atmosphere, nice flat course and a friendly crowd.

I loved how organized the event was. My only complaint was that there wasnt a lot of crowd support during the runs (I did all 5). Im chalking that up to how cold and windy it was.

It was my first time racing here. The race was very organized and the volunteers were amazing. I loved the immediate results. Ill definitely do this race again with my family.

There was good support along the course. While I heard some complaints about the out-and-back sections of the course, I appreciated the opportunity to see fellow runners during the race. The finish line was well-staffed and I appreciated hearing my name called as I completed the race.

Great weekend of racing events. 2 things to focus on next year - brighter arrows marking turns on course and better traffic control (4 way stops need a volunteer or police)

I had a great experience! I thought the course was really well planned out and liked that there were aid stations at least every 2 miles. The only suggestion I have would be to provide filtered water to the runners instead of brackish water - it was hard to drink.

I love this race! The course is well organized and easy to follow. Volunteers are amazing and the atmosphere of Tybee is always welcoming! This is one of my favorites:). The wind could go elsewhere on race day, but other than that, an amazing day! It was beautiful in Tybee yesterday and the sunrise I was able to witness as I drove into the island reminded me of why I run...peacefulness!!Packet pick-up prior to race was a breeze, as well as parking. Thank you for a great day!

Race started at 7am. Not many spectators cheering, but aid stations were supporting. Great, structured, smooth organization. every finisher got a lot of free food (bread, pizza, soup), drinks, fruits, and even beer in the tent.

Nice race on a flat island. The race seems to always be windy so it felt like 32 degrees at the start. Normally a few hundred runners at the race and I always park about 2 blocks from the starting line without a problem. Race morning packet pick up too which is great. This year they had lots of tents to help deflect the wind and keep people warm before and after the race. The race always seems to be punctual with the start and that is probably because this is just 1 race in a series of 5 races over a 2 day period. The people that run all 5 races cover a full marathon distance, but i only signed up for the half marathon. Water stations are about 2 miles apart from each other and slightly more often toward the end of the race in the out and back section through neighborhoods. Normally a few people on the side of the road playing music and cheering, but not many. After the race they always have soup, bread, pizza, and beer. It all tastes very good. Everyone gets a medal for finishing and more medals if they win an award. I know 1 person that ran all 5 races and walked away with 11 medals. The biggest downside is having to pay to park on the island. It is just a hassle to think about your race time and how long you will need afterward and then you might have to leave quick even if having fun because your time is running out. Since it is winter the island is not busy and it would be nicer to have parking included with registration like an all day pass for the runners or just waive parking for the day. It's a good race and maybe next year i will run all 5.

Great event! Fun course. Flat as expected. Well put together and love the idea of running all 5 events. Next year...
