Welcome back to Rome, NY and the beautiful Delta Lake State Park! We are thrilled to announce that the Sprint & Olympic Triathlon & AquaBike event is back and better than ever! Produced by Wilson Endurance Sports in collaboration with the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation - Central Region, this event promises an unforgettable experience for participants of all levels. Are you feeling really ambitious? Then why not take on the Delta Double challenge! Race the Sprint Triathlon and then make it back to the starting line in time to tackle the Olympic Triathlon. It's the ultimate test of endurance and determination! The event kicks off with a thrilling 750m swim, followed by an exhilarating 11 mile bike ride outside of the park. Don't worry, we've added some moderate hills to keep things exciting! Finally, participants will finish strong with a 5K run, all within the stunning grounds of Delta Lake State Park. And guess what? For our Olympic participants, they get to complete 2 loops of each course - double the fun! We're all about inclusion, so paratriathletes are more than welcome to join us. This is a chance for everyone to showcase their skills and passion for the sport. If you're more of a cyclist than a runner, we've got you covered too. The AquaBike competition is perfect for those who want to go all out on the bike. After completing the bike leg, you're done! Please note that the AquaBike event is not open to relay teams. One of the things that sets us apart is our commitment to our participants. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to cross that finish line, which is why we have no cut-off times for any of our events.
