Route information
The Dirty Dozen course consists of a large 3.37-mile trail loop and a smaller .42 mile loop for when you are nearly finished your run. The trails are mainly dirt tracks, and participants will get to see some gorgeous views of the bay.
The smaller .42 mile loop is for participants to run near the end of their time when they don't think they can finish the 3.37-mile loop again, but know they can still go a bit further. It will be available for the last hour of each event.

Exit the CA-9 onto Sanborn Rd and follow for about a mile to reach the event.
Parking
There will be limited parking available at the event for a fee of $3. Carpooling is strongly recommended.

Finish Times
The Dirty Dozen ends at 7:00 pm. The Half Dozen ends at 1:00 pm. The 1/4 Dirty ends at 10:00 am.
Little Loop
The smaller .42 mile loop is for participants to run near the end of their time when they don't think they can finish the 3.37-mile loop again, but know they can still go a bit further. It will be available for the last hour of each event.
Course Markings
Participants can get a course map for their event on the morning of the race. The course will have plenty of markings along the trail (ribbons, flour, signs) to help guide runners, and there will be volunteers posted on the trail to direct participants.
Aid/Water Stations
There will be two water stations along the loop, one at the start/finish area and one at the halfway point. Stations will be stocked with water, sports drink, gels, pretzels, candy, and more.

Can I wear headphones on the Dirty Dozen Run?
Yes, but please keep the volume down so you can hear other runners or instructions from event personnel.
I am a slow runner, can I still take part in the Dirty Dozen Run?
Yes, the courses are designed for participants of all skill levels, and even walkers/hikers. This event is very walker-friendly as there are no cut-offs or deadlines.
Can I bring my dog to the Dirty Dozen Run?
No, unfortunately dogs will not be allowed at the event.
