The 26th Annual El Grito 5K is a great race for experienced and beginning runners. A community and family focused event, El Grito 5K is known for its inexpensive entry fee and awesome post race celebration - food, drink, and lots of fun. The race starts at Denver's Historic Buckhorn Exchange and winds through the beautiful urban Lincoln Park neighborhood.

Get full directionsThe race starts in front of the Buckhorn Exchange at the corner of 10th and Osage in Denver, across the street from the light rail stop. We recommend taking the lightrail. The course winds through the historic La Alma/Lincoln Park area, crossing out and back on the 8th Avenue Bridge.
