We’ll kick things off with a 15-minute jog that's easy on your joints, revving up into a full 30-minute session to stretch out and strengthen your core with some solid bodyweight exercises. Then, it's time to hit the ground running—literally—with a 45-minute run that packs a punch. We’re talking hill repeats initially to build that power and, as you get stronger, we'll switch it up to speed intervals for the thrill. And to top it all off, a soothing cool down to wrap up each session. This isn’t just a workout – it’s your journey to peak performance!
