The Epic course will have +40 Obstacles over less than 2 Miles. The course is open to athletes of all abilities, with each obstacle having a Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced version for you to choose from.
The Elite course follows the epic course and continues on to do 8 to 10 strength challenges afterward. Male competitors must do the Advanced obstacles & Female competitors must do the Intermediate obstacles.
All entries to the EPIC Series Obstacle Challenge in Los Angeles will include free entry to The Fit Expo.

Obstacle Courses
The courses will be open on Saturday & Sunday for most of the day. There are no set race start times, you can show up and run at your own convenience.
Elite Course
The Strength challenges for the elite course will be open from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Competitors must complete the Epic Course before moving on to the elite challenges. Male competitors must do the Advanced obstacles & Female competitors must do the Intermediate obstacles.
The Fit Expo
All entries to the EPIC Series Obstacle Challenge in Los Angeles will include free entry to The Fit Expo.
The Fit Expo is a family-friendly athlete expo that brings together thousands of fitness enthusiasts ranging from bodybuilders and powerlifters to jiu-jitsu and karate participants, personal trainers, group exercise instructors, competitive athletes, and even the weekend warrior.
Attendees can meet fitness celebrities, discover new health and wellness products and services, have access to free fitness classes, cooking demos, witness live fitness competitions, and much more.
