The Epic Course:
This course is approximately 1.5 miles long and packed tight with over 25 back-to-back obstacle challenges. Each station has Beginner (green), Intermediate (blue), and Advanced (black) options to pick from, so you can choose your challenge at every turn.
Competitive Waves – Men must do all Advanced obstacles; Women must do at least Intermediate obstacles. This course is timed.

Open Waves – Athletes of all ability levels may choose any level obstacle to complete at any time with no penalty. This course is timed.

Spectator Info
Spectators are FREE! Bring your very own cheer squad with you and celebrate with them at the post-race party after you’ve achieved EPIC glory! Who knows, maybe you will watch your family and friends defeat our EPIC course and you will want to as well! We encourage Day of sign-ups and welcome you to be Epic too!
EPIC Series is extremely spectator-friendly. Your squad can stand on the sidelines just outside the perimeter of the course and watch you demolish every single EPIC obstacle in your path!
Photos and videos welcome as long as they are taken from the spectator area outside the course. For the safety of our athletes, no drones will be allowed to fly over the course.
