Route information
This urban 5k route takes runners around the asphalt streets of nearby Lakewood. Runers will begin on a flat and fast straight section before twisting through various turns en route to the Denver Federal Center. After this, runners will face a downhill section that leads them past Jeffco Stadium on the way to their finish.

There is parking located around the course, the car bay around 3rd street, and the area between main avenue and federal place just parallel to the start line will have space for runners.
Directions
All participants should follow route 6 towards Denver Federal Center and St Anthony's Hospital. Those traveling from the East should take route 70 and those from the North should follow route 121.

Packet Pickup
Runners can pick up their Race Packs on Thursday between 4:00-7:00am, the location will be confirmed closer to race day.
Awards Ceremony
The 5K run awards will be presented at 9:00am while the 5k walk awards will be presented afterward at 9:35am.
Parking
Parking is available just off the third street in the large parking bay and off the main avenue parallel to the start/finish area.
Charity Raffle
Runners that bring 5 donations for The Action Center Charity (EG: Non-perishable Food Items, Hygiene Items, Clean clothing, Athletic Shoes, Blankets) will be entered into a raffle.
Sneakers4funds
Please bring your new or used sneakers to the event if you wish to donate to Growing Home: a charity supporting micro-enterprises in 25 developing countries. Please tie together your shoes with their laces or use a rubber band. These shoes must be in wearable condition, dress shoes and sandals will not be accepted.
After Party
The after-party for the race will be held at Coda Brewing, where all runners can redeem a well-earned beer token after the race.
