The 2019 Finally Spring 5k! is the 11th anniversary of the event! One of the very first trail races of the year in the region, the FS5K! features a moderately challenging, but very scenic 5k and one-mile kids run. All pre-registered runners/walkers will receive a free pair of running socks!

Route information
We call it a 5k, but really it's probably a 5.25k (hey, the name just sounds better- actual course distance measures 3.21 miles). Starting on Ferguson Street the course is primarily rolling hills for the first mile before you hit some flat and gradual downhill starting in mile 2, mile three is very much downhill. Because the course starts on road we do not recommend spikes but trail shoes are highly recommended.
What's included
All pre-registered runners/walkers will receive a free pair of running socks! Prize money will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers and great gifts will be given to top age group finishers.
