Sprint Triathlon & AquaBike: Swim – 750m, Bike – 14.29 miles, Run – 3.13 miles.
Olympic Triathlon & AquaBike: Swim – 1500m, Bike – 28.59 miles, Run – 6.27 miles.
Kids Triathlon:
11 & Under: Swim – 100 Meters, Bike – 3 Miles, Run – 1 Mile.
Ages 12 – 17: Swim – 200 Meters, Bike – 6 Miles, Run – 1 Mile
