The 5K Course is a 3.1 mile course that leads runners through the residential area adjacent to Holy Family Church in Florham Park. Please see the course map for additional information. The 5K participants will pass a water stop on mile 1 and on mile 2. Cheer Teams will also be placed along the course to cheer on the girls and 5K participants.

Get full directionsParking will be provided Brooklake Elementary School, 235 Brooklake Road, Florham Park. Limited parking is available at the race venue, Holy Family Church, 1 Lloyd Avenue, Florham Park. Please note that if you park at Holy Family Church or residential areas next to the church, you may need to practice patience and wait for police direction while there are runners on the course. Plan accordingly.

FAQs
Are there water stops on course?
Two water stops will be available on the course. Each participant should plan to take no more than one serving of water at each Aid Station. Runners may bring water bottles along on the course. Additional water and snacks will be available at the finish line.
Can I bring my dog or pet?
For safety, all furry friends are not allowed on the course or at the event, so please leave all pets at home on 5K day!
