Distance:

Swim
The swim will be a 1.5k course starting on Granite Beach. It will be a triangular course marked with large white triangular buoys. The water temperatures are expected to be between 64 and 68 degrees. Wetsuits are recommended
Bike
The Bike section will be a large loop of Granite Bay on the local roads. The route has two minor hills near the start and then a large incline from mile 9 to mile 16, and is then mostly downhill back to the start/finish.
Run
The run section is a 10k loop along the Folsom lake shoreline. It will be an undulating course, with some minor inclines & declines.

Friday
4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Packet Pickup at Rancho Endurance Sports
Saturday
6:00 am Registration/Packet pick-up opens & Race announcements begin
7:00 am Transition Area opens
8:00 am Wave starts begin
Packet Pickup
Pickup will be available the day before the event from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Rancho Endurance Sports.
Pickup will also be available on the morning of the event from 6:00 am.
Aid Stations
There will be aid stations at the transition area and at miles 1, 2, 3, and 5 on the run course. They will be stocked with water, Hammer energy gels, and electrolyte beverages.
