Folsom Triathlons routes

Set in just outside Sacramento, this flat course is known to be one of the fastest in the states and the perfect place to lay down your next PB. This well organized event plays a big role in the local Sacramento area and has become a staple in the California race calendar.

The swim, paddle and other water-based disciplines take place in Lake Natoma before the cycle and running portions continue through the Nimbus Flat State Park, in the shadow of El Dorado Hills.

Afterwards, join your fellow competitors in a post-race party and share stories of the race over a refreshing cold beer.

Please Note: You are required to have a valid USAT membership to take place in this event. You will be asked to present this on race day so if you do not have a current USAT membership please select the ticket that includes a one day membership.
