Route information
Both course begin and end at Lion's Park/Rodeo Park in Folsom. The 5K takes you down Natoma Street, then onto the bike trails and across the bridges of Folsom. The 10K takes you along the Johnny Cash trail and across the bridges of Folsom. The 10K is challenging, but very beautiful!

Plan accordingly as roads will be closed in surrounding areas for the event to ahead safely. It is advised to arrive well ahead of time to warm up, prepare and find somewhere to park as Natoma Street Closes 8:40am-10am.

Where exactly is the race course for the Folsom Turkey Trot?
Because of construction of the new park at our old location, the Folsom Tuyrkey Trot is now at Folsom Lion's Park (Library/Zoo Area). 403 Stafford Street, Folsom, CA 95630
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs will be allowed on the 5K walk, but not on the runs. They must be on a short leash (no retractable leashes) He must be good around other dogs and people. You must have bags to pick up after your dog, if he happens to go to the bathroom. All participants with dogs will be towards the back of the start line to allow all runners to start first.
Is there a kids race?
No, there is not a separate race or race course for kids. The purpose of the event is to get families to do it together.
