About
Our club members meet Saturday and Sunday at 8AM at the corner of Woodhaven Boulevard and Park Drive (By Park Entrance sign). Our runs are about 5 miles. We all start at the same time but separate at different paces. We also have some walkers. Group runs include the trails, roads and track of Forest Park as well as through beautiful Forest Hills Gardens.
