This family friendly fun run features a distance for everyone. You can choose between a 5K and 10K distance at this Fourth of July event, along with the 10K. For those looking for a shorter event there is the 1-Mile Bling Run, and a 1-Mile Fun Run. All events begin and end at Faurot Park in Lima, Ohio. Make a day of it and stay for the festivities and Fireworks!

New this year is the Double Stuf Oreo Challenge. Run either a 5K or 10K at both the Freedom Run and the Run To The Moon and get the really cool Double Stuf medal. Double Stuf Oreos with chocolate sauce and marshmallow fluff will be waiting for you at the finish line.

Raceday Logistics

08:00 - 10K
08:30 - 5K, 1 Mile

Early Packet Pickup is Sunday June 30 from 10:00 am to Noon, and Wednesday July 3 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Rotary Pavilion at Faurot Park. Race Day Packet Pick- Up is Thursday July 4 at 6:00 am at the Rotary Pavilion at Faurot Park. REGISTER ONLINE JULY 3 OR VERY EARLY JULY 4. THIS IS MUCH BETTER THAN COMING TO FAUROT PARK AND TRYING TO REGISTER THERE.

On race morning we'll be opening at 6:30 am for packet pickup and race day registration, but we must STRONGLY emphasise that the races will start ON TIME and not be delaying for those participants picking up bibs, or registering. Avoid the stress (and help us avoid the stress) by REGISTERING ON-LINE ahead of coming to the Faurot Park.
