- Please start to make your way over to the start line area at least ten (10) minutes before your run starts.
- Please move quickly past the finish line area after you cross the finish line. Free refreshments will be served to all runners. Medical assistance will be available if needed.
- Split clocks will be posted at every mile.
- Water is available at approximately the 2.5-mile mark.

There is no race day parking at st. Paul’s and the roads leading to St. Paul’s close early so plan ahead! Get dropped off early or leave enough time to park in the surrounding areas (not on the race course) and walk to the race site.
