Germantown 50k and 50k Team Relay (2025)

Get ready for an exhilarating challenge with the ORRRC Ultra Trail 50k Race, a true test of skill and endurance set against the stunning backdrop of Montgomery County's MetroParks. Race through captivating cedar forests, vibrant prairies, and beside the serene Twin Creek, while tackling the awe-inspiring old-growth forests and picturesque hills. All the action starts at the Cottonwood shelter, where you can pick up your race packet from 6:30 am.

Preferred a head start? We offer an early start at 7 am, with the main event kicking off at 8 am. Though early birds are exempt from finisher awards, every racer can still revel in the 3,000 feet of elevation gain and savor a victory bowl of tortilla bean soup at the finish line. Aid stations will be strategically placed for that much-needed boost, and remember, we're a cupless race, so bring along your hydration gear. Embrace the spirit, conquer the loops, and maybe, take home a custom 2024 Collectable Wildlife Patch! Don't forget, parking is ample, but please respect the grass. Let’s hit the trails!
