Event day logistics
Virtual Run
Virtual entrants can choose to do their event either on the day of the event or anytime between the 1st and the 31st of July 2023. You can choose any day in the month of July to do your chosen event.
Packs
All entrants will receive their pack with full information included.
Age Restrictions
- You must be at least 15 years old to enter the 10k run, and at least 11 to enter the 5k.
- The Scottish Toddle run is open for children aged 6 and under.

Can I run with my child in The Virtual Great Scottish Walk and Run Festival?
Yes, you are more than welcome to walk, jog, or toddle alongside your child in the Toddle run. Only entry of your child is required, so there is no need for you to enter yourself.
What is the minimun age to run the 10k at The Virtual Great Scottish Walk and Run Festival ?
You must be at least 15 years old on the day of the event to enter this run. If you are younger, you are welcome to enter the Great Scottish Toddle instead.
Can I choose any time to run The Virtual Great Scottish Walk and Run Festival?
Yes, as long as you complete your run by the 31st of July 2022.
