The unique all terrain run is a fun 5k for all who want to get messy and be full of laughter. The run is part trail and mud with obstacles included with waterfalls, streams and hills. Drive and determination will get you through this course. Be sure to grab your family and friends for a good time.

Route information
One of the most enjoyable events in Southern California which is full of challenges and competitiveness amongst participants. The best way to end the race will be with the wine tasting on show post race.
For the Beer Mile you will drink a beer and run 400 meters x 4 rounds to make up the mile course.

FAQs
Will I be guaranteed a t shirt for the Gut Check 5k?
Yes, however please note that if you register after March 20th the event organizer can not guarantee that you will receive your preferred t-shirt size due to the ordering deadline.
Can everyone of all ages run the 5k?
If you are between the ages of 9-12 it is asked that you have a parent/guardian run with you the entire time, due to the terrain.
