Route information
The Hampton Half & 5K is the perfect event for those that don't mind running in the cold. The course will take you along the windswept Atlantic Ocean coastline of New Hampshire, starting at Ashworth-by-the-Sea before heading inland along the rural roads through local villages.
The route will have a number of rolling hills mixed with some fast and flat stretches. It will be entirely run along paved country roads on a looped course, with plenty of stunning views over the chilly shoreline. The race will start with a 4 mile stretch along the ocean through North Hampton State Park, providing runners with dramatic coastline views, a cool ocean wind, and unique New Hampshire architecture.
