Hattiesburg Half Marathon, 10k, and 5K

Get ready to lace up your running shoes because on Saturday, April 6, 2024, we're hosting the 12th annual Hattiesburg Half Marathon • 10k • 5k! This race is not only a fantastic opportunity for you to challenge yourself, but it also supports local nonprofits in the Pine Belt area. Plus, runners from all over the country will be joining us in the Hub City! Starting from Monday, Aug. 1, you can easily register online for any of the three race routes: the Half Marathon, the 10k, or the 5k. And let me tell you, this event has earned its stripes, being voted Mississippi's Best Half Marathon by Race Raves in 2019. The race itself will showcase the best of Hattiesburg, taking you through the city's attractions and iconic landmarks. You'll pass by downtown, explore the Avenues, and even loop around the Hattiesburg Zoo. And if that's not enough, you'll get to enjoy the beautiful University of Southern Mississippi campus before sprinting down the Longleaf Trace to the epic finish line. But here's where things get exciting: each participating nonprofit "owns" a mile of the race course. They'll cheer you on and decorate their mile in style. Talk about motivation! We also have a special opportunity for those who want to make an even bigger impact. Become a Charity Runner! As a registered participant, you have the chance to fundraise on behalf of any of the 13 local nonprofits involved in the race.
