Both courses begin at Magnolia and advance on the sizzling Huntington State Beach before turning around and finishing again at Magnolia in a straight line. Runners in the 1-mile fun run will continue past Newland Street whilst runners in the 5k will run up to Beach Blvd.

Parking is available at Edison High School. It is less than a mile walk to the start line from the school. There is also parking at Huntington Beach for $15.00.
