Distance: 10 Miler, 5k & 10k
Elevation: 10k: 37m, 10 miler: 79m, 5k: 15m
Terrain: Concrete with elements of crushed gravel
The 10 miler starts at the Butterfly Pavillion, participants will stretch out of Westminister Park and snake towards the Big Dry Creek Park on a beautiful trail surface.
Participants will take in panoramic views of the Big Dry Creek running alongside. Participants will loop around a point at the 8-mile mark next to the Big Dry Creek Park before heading towards the Butterfly Pavillion and finishing at the start area.
The 5k trail follows the same course before participants turn around at a point parallel to Vrain Drive.
The 10k also follows a similar course before turning around once participants reach W 120th Avenue.

Packet Pickup is available on Thursday between 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Vasa Fitness in Westminister.

Age Requirements
There are no age restrictions for the event, meaning fun for all the family.
Cut-off Time
The cut-off time for this event is 2 hours 45 minutes meaning you must cross the finish line by 9:30 am.
Chip-timed results
There will be chip-timing at the event.
Raceday Raffle
There will be a race day raffle at the event, please bring Peanut Butter, Jelly, Tuna, Crayons, Scissors, or Glue Sticks to aid Growing Home.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are permitted on the course, please keep them on a leash though at all times.
Strollers
Strollers are permitted on the course, please be conscious of your fellow runners throughout.
Aid Stations
There is one aid station at the 5k course just before the turnaround, the 10k runners have 4 water stations and 10-mile runners have 3 water stations.
Toilets
There is one restroom stop on the course which 10k and 10 mile racers will see twice.
