Route information
Racers will use a criterion style start, two swimmers at a time, to enter the pool and complete a 400 meter swim. They will transition to their bicycles and ride a mostly-flat, traffic controlled course, that is 7 miles long. Back in transition they will then run two times around the lake for a total of 3.1 miles, finishing next to the lake.
What's included
After finishing the race, grab water or gatorade to rehydrate and head to the t-shirt table to pick up your finisher’s shirt. Congratulations! You earned it. Post race food and drinks will be provided under the tents next to the finish line. Awards will be presented as soon as possible after the last finisher has crossed the finish line. Awards will also be available for pickup at Fleet Feet Sports beginning on Monday after the race. Remember to thank the race sponsors and volunteers. We can’t have this race without their generous support.

Transition opens at 6:00am and the race starts at 7:30am in the pool.
There will be a swim warm-up available from 6:30-7:00am. The race will start promptly at 7:30am.
Awards are immediately after the last finisher, approximately 10:15am.
