Route information
Starting at Carpinteria High School, the Island View Trail Run events are out and back course along Franklin Trail. Each event has a steady climb up the trail to its turning point, where runners will return down the hill to the finish.
There will be aid stations at the Mile 2 and Mile 5 turn arounds.

Exit the CA-150 onto the CA-192 and follow for about 4 miles to reach the event.

There will be parking available at the event.

10:30 am to 1:30 pm Packet Pickup at Santa Barbara Running Company
Saturday
7:45 am Check-in & Packet Pickup opens
8:00 am 20 Miler & 16 Miler start
8:30 am 10 Miler starts

2:00 pm Course cut-off time
Packet Pickup
Packet pickup will be available the day before the event at Santa Barbara Running Company at 1046 Coast Village Road in Santa Barbara, from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
Race Day Pickup will also be available. Be sure to arrive at least 45 minutes before your event to collect your packet and get ready for the race.
Cut Off Time
The course closes at 2:00 pm, meaning the 20 & 16 Miler's have 6 hours to finish, the 10 Miler has 5.5 hours to finish, and the 4 Miler has 5 hours to finish.
Race Day Registration
Participants are encouraged to sign up online, but race day registration will be available to those who need it. People who sign up on race day will not receive an event t-shirt.
