Are you ready to jingle with joy? Join us for the Arthritis Foundation's Jingle Bell Run and keep the tradition going strong! We invite you, your family, and your friends to put on your favorite holiday costume, spread good cheer, and help us raise awareness and funds for arthritis research. By participating in this event, you'll not only be supporting vital research for better treatments and a cure but you'll also be helping the Arthritis Foundation develop tools, resources, and opportunities to connect with others who are fighting arthritis. Together, we can conquer this disease for good! So, come on, don't miss out—join us for an incredible experience. The Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis will take place on December 9, 2023, at Veterans Park in Hoover, Birmingham, AL. Grab your sneakers, because this will be a fantastic 5K run or walk. And guess what? You can even bring your furry friends, just be sure to follow the pet rules and regulations. But wait, there's more! We've got a pre-race packet pickup event at Trak Shak in Homewood if you need assistance or more information before the big day. And speaking of the big day, here's what you can expect: - 7:30 am: Registration and Packet Pickup Opens - 8:00 am: Opening Ceremony - 8:45 am: 5K Registration and Packet Pickup Close - 8:45 am: Warm Up - 8:50 am: Line up for the 5K - 9:00 am: 5K Starts - 10:00 - 10:45 am: Juvenile Arthritis Family Reunion for all Juvenile Arthritis families - 10:15 am: 5K Awards Ceremony You won't want to miss the post-race celebration where we'll be handing out cool medals to all the winners. And for those who paid to be chip timed, you'll have a chance to win even more fantastic awards. Plus, every participant will receive a Jingle Bell Run event t-shirt and jingle bells to add some festive cheer to their run. Not able to join us in person? No problem! You can still be part of the fun as a Virtual Jingler. Choose this option, fundraise for a cure, and receive a t-shirt to show your support.
