On FRIDAY evening at 6:30pm, while the swimmers are in the water, Runners will begin the 5K race near the start of the swimming event and finish in the same area.
How to enter the Lake Lenape 5K
Lake Lenape 5K route
This years 5K course will be contained entirely inside the park at Lake Lenape WEST. The course will have many water views as it wraps around the wooded section of the park during this two looped course on both pavement and sand trails.
