Route information
The Lake Powell Half Marathon begins at the John C. Page Park in the town of Page, AZ. The first 3 miles circles a portion of the town before getting onto the Page Rim Trail. This short trail section allows for stunning views of rock formations and glimpses of Lake Powell!
You'll then return to pavement before heading downhill toward the bridge that crosses over Glen Canyon Dam.
The course then heads north into the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area to finish at the Stateline Boat Ramp within the park's boundaries.

By Car
Exit the US-89 onto S Lake Powell Blvd to reach the start line for the event.
Exit the US-89 onto Wahweap Blvd to reach the finish line for the event.
Parking
There will be parking available at John C Page Park near the start line, and at Stateline Boat Ramp near the finish line. Both parking lots close at 6am.
Shuttle Buses
For anyone who parks at the finish line in the morning, there will be shuttle buses leaving at 4:45am to bring you to the start line.
If you park at the start line, there will be shuttle buses starting at 9am from the finsih line to bring tyou back to the start line.

Cut Off Time
The race will have a time limit of 4 hours, meaning a cut off time of 11am. This amounts to a pace of 18 minutes per mile, which is plenty of time to walk the course.
Course Records
Course record holders receive a free entry into a vacation races event for every year that their time remains a record. As of the start of 2022, the current holders and times for this event are:

Aid Stations
There will be around 6 aid stations on the course. There will be a medic station at a station near the halfway mark.
Aid Stations include toilets, water, Gnarly Hydrate, Honey Stinger gels, basic first aid supplies and more.
Cup-less Event
Please be aware that this will be a cup free event, in order to reduce trash created. There will be no cups provided at the start/finish line or any aid station. You will need to bring your own container to carry water with you.
If you cannot bring your own water container, you can get a HydraPouch® supplied to you, either at the event or shipped to you. If it is less then a month to the event, having the pouch shipped is not guaranteed, so it is recommended that you collect your pouch at the Race Expo.

Please remember that this event may be impacted due to COVID-19. The event has an increased chance of being cancelled, or postponed due to unexpected COVID-19 developments. All runners who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 are expected to avoid attending the event.
