Lake Run Club Annual Meeting/Award Banquet, Frosty 5K at Fiala in Uptown Normal

Get ready to lace up your sneakers for an invigorating blend of fitness, feasting, and fun at the Lake Run Club's annual 2025 meeting! Kicking off on Saturday, February 8th at the Fiala Brothers Brewery, we're shaking things up with the addition of a heart-pumping 5K run. Not only can you stretch your legs, but you’ll also enjoy a delicious lunch and connect with fellow enthusiasts over an open bar from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Expect excitement with giveaways, door prizes, and the chance to mingle with the Lake Run Club's finest. Early birds can dive into walk-up registration and 2024 award retrieval starting from 11:15 AM. The spirit of the club shines at our 11:45 AM annual meeting, featuring the formal induction of our club officers and a nod to our bylaws. At noon, hit the pavement for the 5K, with an optional pitstop at Keg Grove for a taste of the town's finest brews. Wrap it all up with a leisurely lunch and social hour until 3:00 PM.
