Get ready to dive, ride, and stride at the Laurel Park Triathlon/Duathlon! Whether you're in it for the thrill or for a fun fitness challenge, we've got a race for you. Our non-competitive event welcomes everyone, from seasoned athletes to first-time triathletes, and offers multiple events to match your comfort level – all kicking off at an energetic 8:00 AM. Choose from the Adult Triathlon with a 200-meter swim, 7-mile bike, and 2-mile run, the swim-free Duathlon, or inspire the youngsters with the Youth Intermediate or Beginner races.

Mark your calendars and register before September 1st to snag a guaranteed event shirt! Don't miss out on the online registration deadline on September 12, but if you do, we've got you covered with packet pickups on September 14. Don't forget, teams are welcome and everyone gets to flaunt an event shirt, with extra shirts available if you want more swag.
