Guten Tag! This celebration of all things German will send runners on a scenic 5k course into the heartland of the 1960 Winter Olympics site with mountains and woodland galore. A great atmosphere and food and drinks will be waiting for all at the finish so dig out your Lederhosen and get involved.

Route information
This beautiful and historic 5k course takes participants through the winding Olympic Valley Road. Flanked by lush woodland at all times, entrants will breeze down winding concrete terrain and take in views of the nearby Needle Peak mountain.
All runners will start and finish the event at the Olympic Valley, famous for hosting athletes in the 1960 Winter Olympics. Participants can take in the surrounding views of KT 22 and Squaw Peak as they relax in the post-race area.
There is 1 water and food station on the course, located at the 3rd kilometer.

Follow the CO 89 until reaching Olympic Valley Road, the course start is opposite the Eagles Nest.

The following age groups will be awarded prizes: (14-19, 20-24 etc). There must be at least 5 people in each category for the awards process to take place.
There will also be awards for the best Lederhosen and Dirndl.
