Light the Way 5k

Get ready to light up your holiday season with the 2023 Light the Way 5k and free 1/2 Mile Kid's Run! Join us on Saturday, December 16th, 2023, at the Fort Missoula Regional Park for a festive evening run filled with colorful lights, holiday music, cookies, and hot chocolate. It's going to be an amazing event that you won't want to miss! Here are the important details you need to know: Registration: - From October 24th to November 30th: $25 - From December 1st to December 16th (Race Day): $30 On Race Day, Saturday, December 16th, here's what's happening: - From 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM: Race Day Packet Pick Up in the Runner's Edge Basement - From 4:45 PM to 5:45 PM: Race Day Packet Pick Up at Fort Missoula Regional Park - 5:30 PM: Kid's Half Mile Fun Run (Free) - 6:00 PM: Light the Way 5k Start. We'll also have an awesome Ugly Sweater Contest on the start line right before the race begins. - From 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM: Enjoy cookies and cocoa at the finish line. - 6:30 PM: Awards Ceremony for the top 3 men and women As a participant, you'll receive: - A 5k course lined with beautiful luminaires - Delicious finish line cookies, candy canes, and hot cocoa - The opportunity to meet and take photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus - A chance to show off your best Ugly Sweater in our contest - A custom race bib - Chip timing for accurate results - Most importantly, the chance to celebrate the holiday season with your friends, family, and the incredible Missoula running community!
