Route Type Looped
Trail through lush vineyards, vine fields and mature olive groves. This event is truly a sensory experience of a lifetime!
Start and finish in the heart of Livermore - the corner of First and S. Livermore. From here you'll make your way under the beautiful Olivina Arch, followed by a path through Sycamore Grove- a protected park system. Next, you'll come to the largest winery in Livermore: Wente Vineyards & Golf Course.
After all these great green views, expect more epic scenery as you make your way through Holdener Park. Holdener Park has an excellent view of downtown. Finally, as you pass Robertson Park, and Bankhead theatre, you'll return to the heart of Livermore for the post race celebrations!

By Car
It is recommended to carpool, so the roads can be closed as soon as possible. There is no taxi service in the area.

Cut-off Time
There is a 3-hour cut-off time for this event. Meaning you must have a 14 minute mile pace at a minimum.
Race Packets
Packet pickup information will be confirmed closer to the date of the event.
Aid Stations
There will be 8 aid stations along the course to help you keep hydrated and fueled throughout.
Toilets
There will be portable toilets located at the start/finish line.
Pacers
There will be a Pace Team onsite to help you reach your goals. The following pace times will be: 1:30, 1:45, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, and 2:45.
FAQs
Can I walk the Livermore Valley Half Marathon course?
Yes. However, you must complete the Half course in three (3) hours or less, which is a 13:45 minute per mile pace. Roads will reopen at 10am, so please be sure to check your pace to ensure a positive experience.
Can a family member pick up my race pack for the Livermore Valley Half Marathon?
Yes, they will need to provide a confirmation email or ID in order to do so.
Are there aid stations on the Livermore Valley Half Marathon course?
Yes, there are a total of six on the course - one every 2 miles.
