Route information
Runners begin on the road, the 5K Runners make a loop to join the 10K and Half marathoners and head out toward the San Francisco Bay trail hugged by the water.
Runners at the turnaround/aid stations have fruits, snacks and sports drinks. Also, keep extra snacks and drinks with you for additional satisfaction. Portable Potty-a potties are located at designated regions.

What's included
At the finish line, Runners are rewarded with medals. To the overall first position winners the Look Good Feel Good winning trophy awaits you. Celebratory dance will be provided by the Soulbeatz Oakland Drum Circle.
As a way to show our excitement of being a part of the Look Good Feel Good Running Community, you will be treated to an after race party, raffle draw and a tantalizing taste of Nurse Franca Homemade Jellof Rice and barbecue. This is the only race in the universe where homemade Jellof rice awaits you at the finish line.
