Did the race in 2019
Race expo had lots of goodies and reasonably priced items. Race day I was bussed to start area. Gear bags were secured by National Guard volunteers. Free pre-race massages and other items. Race was chip timed and there were pacers for the half which was good since my Garmin died. The course was paved with multiple roller hills but no huge inclines (my perspective). All intersections were closed and water Gatorade stops were every mile. Several first aid stations that I noticed. Drummers, music, great audience. Finish corral was cleared out right away. Finisher Medal given immediately. Medals for each race were different, unique and well designed. Large leaderboards for all races. Computer available to check and take pic of your stats. Place medals for top 3 per age group. Usual snacks at race end. I arrived at 5:30 and had medal and award and headed home by 11:15.I would do this race again.Driving course helped!
