Fun run: Each participant gets a medal.
5K Run: top 3 males/females overall; age groups: male/female under 12, 12–14, 15–19, and then every 5 years up to age 94, master (40+), senior master (60+), school district 12 resident, school district 12 employee, challenged, wheelchair.

Get full directionsParking is available at the HS parking lot and adjacent streets. Please, do not park on Wicks Lane, the start location and course direction!
Event day logistics
The packet pickup and day-of-run registration take place at the Malverne high school at 7:45 a.m. (school located east of Ocean Ave.).
The start of the kids run is at the intersection of Wicks Ln and N. Cambridge St. Kids (and their parents) run opposite the 5K course toward the start of the 5K run. The fun run starts at 8:30.
The Malverne 5K run and walk starts at 9:00 at Wicks Lane next to the H.T. Herber middle school gym (75 Ocean Ave).
