Route information

The course starts at Shoreline Aquatic Park and loops along the waterfront before runners head back to the start line for their photo finish.

Runners are asked to stay on the right-hand side of the path, and are reminded that a small portion of the run is along the road.

The flat nature of the course makes it the perfect place to try your first 5k or to smash your personal best.

The course wasn"t as clearly marked as it should have been. They should have started the race at 7:30 because it was so hot

Would be great to have bike pacing and keeping pedestrians off course. But was well organized and super friendly staff. Great event!

The number of cones out for directions was excellent. Good timely communication on the event. I was impressed with the announcer. Having the taco truck was a plus. May want more advertising for next year. Good to get more people in the 10k.

Atmosphere and energy was great! The turnaround and course markings definitely could have been better. I would definitely recommend to friends and run again!!! Please come to San Diego!
